Parker Dam State Park
Established in 1936, Parker Dam State Park covers almost 1,000 acres of central Pennsylvania within the Moshannon State Forest. Set in Clearfield County north of Clearfield itself, the park is operated by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
A Pennsylvania State Park Natural Monument, Parker Dam is home to the 20-acre Parker Lake. Recreation at Parker Dam includes boating, fishing, hunting, and cross-country skiing, plus hiking within the Quehanna Trail System.
