The National Constitution Center in Historic Philly

A Guide to the Nation’s Most Important Document

The National Constitution Center is an impressive 160,000-square-feet of showcased American history. Check out of the original public copies of the Constitution – a must see during your time in Philadelphia's historic district – and wander through the interactive displays and exhibits of this expansive center.

Visitors of the National Constitution Center are encouraged to view the films “Freedom Rising” and “We the People” in the Kimmel Theater of the center. Take advantage of the many interactive displays like Signer’s Hall, where you can sign the constitution yourself. You can even take the presidential oath – a recommended experience.
